Engraving Policy – Velura

Velura offers engraving services on selected leather products to add a personalized and distinctive touch. The following terms and conditions apply to this service:

Engraving Terms

  • Engraving is performed based on the text or characters provided by the customer at the time of placing the order.

  • Customers are fully responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the entered text. Changes or corrections cannot be made once the engraving process has begun.

  • The font style and engraving placement are selected to best suit the product design, unless otherwise specified and available at checkout.

Engraved Products

  • Products that include engraving or personalization are considered customized items.

  • Engraved or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances, except in cases of a manufacturing defect caused by the store.

Processing Time

  • Engraved products may require additional processing time before shipment. Customers will be notified of any expected delays.

  • Order processing for engraved items begins only after full payment is confirmed.

Important Notes

  • The final engraving appearance may vary slightly depending on the leather type and color.

  • Completing a purchase with engraving selected constitutes full acceptance of this policy.
