At Velura, we are committed to providing high-quality leather goods and refined gifts. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and the following policy outlines the conditions for exchange and return in accordance with Zid platform regulations.
1. Exchange & Return Eligibility

Customers may request an exchange or return within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.

The product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.

Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method, subject to Zid platform policies.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

Customized or personalized products made upon customer request are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
This includes, but is not limited to:-
Products with name, initials, or logo engraving

Any item modified or produced specifically based on the customer’s request

3. Shipping

Shipping fees for exchanges or returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the issue is due to an error or defect caused by the store.

In the case of a manufacturing defect, the customer must notify the store within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide clear supporting images.

Requests that do not meet the conditions stated above will not be accepted.
